Event Packages
We will customize packages to fit your needs and budget.
1. Research Only Package (No planning)
We will research all the information, pricing, and availability and hand it over to you.
2. Event Day Only
You bring us all the details 4 weeks before the event and we will make sure everything gets set up. Our professional event supervisor and one assistant will run the entire day.
This package includes:- A face-to-face consultation
- Unlimited email consultations
- Setting up event decorations
- Overseeing the food and beverage requests
- Making sure the place cards are out, if applicable
- Making sure the DJ/ Band has the correct song list and announcements, if applicable
- Solving any problems or issues that arise
- Liaison with vendors that day
- Deliver payment to vendors
3. Full Planning Package (Includes package 2 plus)
- At least five one-on-one consultations
- Manage budget
- Order invitations, place cards, thank you cards, programs, if applicable
- Book the venue and set up appointments with:
- Florist, if applicable
- DJ/ Band
- Caterer
- Photographers, if applicable
- Arrange for transportation and hotel, if applicable
- Assist with music selection
- Negotiate all contracts, confirm arrangements with vendors
- Party favors, decorations
